History of Samuels Glass Company
Samuels Glass Company was founded in 1914 by the Samuels family and is still owned and operated by that same family. The business opened it's doors at 308 S. Alamo, moving to 923 S. Alamo circa 1925. Then, in 1950, Samuels moved into a brand new building at 221 Newell.
These facilities have been expanded to include office and showroom space, a glass shop and warehouse, aluminum fabrication shop and warehouse as well as a retail outlet on San Pedro just north of Loop 410.
Samuels has been an active participant in San Antonio's way of life for over 80 years. Note an early entry into the Battle of Flowers Parade!
The Samuels name has become synonymous with glass, especially as it pertains to quality of service, expertise and experience. Samuels is proud that its workforce consists of some of the most experienced and well known installers, estimators, and measurers in the business.
